  3. Hi mohnish boss!!!!
Nice to hear from you. Regarding your queries:
Trans fatty acids are formed when the oil is heated beyond its smoking point.
    1. Foods that are fried in reused oils like samosa, kachori, patties and the likes, almost all fried junk food - french fries, tikkis (burger), pizzas etc. Foods cooked in oils which have not been heated to their smoking point do not contain much trans-fatty acids.
    2. According to ayurveda, every food has its own thermal effect on the body though scintifically we have no proof as of now. Logically it may...you know better about sinusitis, sore throat and stuff!!!!
    3. Diet coke is not a very good alternative for cold drinks as they contain high amount of artificial sweetners which if consumed, in high amounts may be harmful to health. but once in a while...its ok. also we are trusting what these companies claim and are not really able to find out whether their claims are true or not.
